ex> We were all very sad when the head of the department stepped down.
ex> The mayor chose to step down after the scandal went public.

3. (it's) not as bad as all that: 그 정도로 나쁘진 않은 = It's not all that bad.
ex> I agree that it is bad, but it is not as bad as all that.
