2/6 Talk about staff dinners or after-parties in Korea.

We typically have staff dinners or after-parties at bars in Korea.
* have staff dinners: 회식을 하다
* after-parties: 뒤풀이

Drinking is always good to break the ice or loosen up the mood.
* break the ice: 서먹한 분위기를 깨다
* loosen up the mood: 분위기를 부드럽게 하다

Sometimes, we play drinking games to spice up the mood.

We also go from one bar to another to do several rounds. We end up drinking until late at night quite often.

Staff dinners or after-parties are great opportunities to bond with colleagues.

I always try to watch how much I drink.

We have a lot of these events at the end of the year. We normally drink more than usual at those occasions.
