10/29 Staying Healthy

DIALOG>> You seem to be in better shape.

Have you been working out lately?
* work out: 운동하다.

I've been hitting the gym every day.
* hit the gym: 운동하러 가다.

I do some cardio and lift weights.

RESPONSE>> What do you do to stay healthy?

I frankly have to say I haven't been doing enough for my healthy.
ex> I feel like I haven't been doing enough for the family.

I skip meals quite often and I like spicy food too much.

I also like to eat late at night.

I haven't been working out regularly either.

Every time I start to work out, I would eventually quit.

I think I've gained over 5 kilos in the last two years.

I haven't been getting regular medical check-ups.
ex> Getting medical check-ups can seem like a hassle.

My body doesn't feel like what it used to be.

I think I should take better care of my health from now on.
ex> I want to take better care of my children.


@ I have problems keeping up with computer technology.  난 새로운 컴퓨터 기능들을 따라가는 게 힘들어.

1. The government hasn't been doing enough to prevent crimes.
2. I've gain 10 kilos after I got married.
3. My memory isn't what it used to be.
4. You need to take better care of your health in the summer.
