It's very pleasant around here.

That's because it was a newly planned city.

I live in the suburbs of Seoul.
* suburbs: 교회, 도시 근교
ex> I prefer to live in the suburbs of a city because it's not as busy.

It's about a 40-minute drive from downtown Seoul.
* 40-minute drive: 차로 40분 거리
ex> My office is a 5-minute drive from my house.
ex> There is about 20-minute walk from my place.

It's a fairly new residential city, so it's quite clean.

ex> This residential city is popular with the newlyweds.

What I like most about my neighborhood is that I can take care of almost everything here.
ex> He took care of the problem right away.

There are department stores, movie theaters, and plenty of places to eat or drink.

It's quite easy to get around as we have the subway and buses.

2. My office is a 40-minute drive from my home.
3. Many newlyweds want to live in newly planned residential cities.
4. People mostly use public transportation to get around.
