DIALOG>> Greenhouses help us enjoy fresh produce all year round.

Strawberries aren't in season.
* be in season: 제철이다.

It's all thanks to something called a greenhouse.

You will come across rows upon rows of them in the countryside.
* rows upon rows of: 줄지어 선~

Whatever the season, we can enjoy fresh produce all year round.

RESPONSE>> Talk about greenhouses in Korea.

Greenhouses can be seen everywhere all over the countryside in Korea.
* all over the countryside: 시골 전역에
ex> You will see small farms all over the countryside.

In fact, they've been around for hundreds of years.
ex> That building has been around forever.

Greenhouses allow farmers to grow flowers, vegetables, and fruits all year round.
ex> It's hot and humid in the tropics all year round.

Korea is limited in fertile, flat land.
* fertile [fə́ːrtl]: 비옥한

ex> This soil is very fertile and perfect for farming.

Greenhouses have helped us to overcome that hurdle.

We can enjoy other veggies and fruits like cucumbers, strawberries, and sweet peppers any time of the year.
* sweet pepper: 파프리카 (피망)
ex> You can't buy these fruits at just any time of the year.

Thanks to these greenhouses, fresh produce can be grown 365 days a year.
ex> Fresh produce is more expensive than frozen produce.

@ You can't just pass over everything to me.  나한테 모든 걸 넘기면 어떻해.

4. It's great to visit that island any time of the year.
