I have to buy a birthday present for my baby niece.

I was thinking of getting her Pororo memorabilia.

10/8 Household Chores

DIALOG>> We share the housework.

My wife and I both work, so we share the housework.

I normally vacuum and mop the floors. I also take out the garbage.

She does most of the cooking.

I do the cooking and the dishes most of the time.

10/7 Chinese Food

10/6 Cicadas

Look on the bright side. At least they don't sting or bite.

They camouflage right into the tree bark.

Cicadas are harmless to humans, but they can still be a nuisance.

You can hear them buzzing day and night in the summer.

They like the hot and humid weather during Korean summers.

The noise cicadas make can ring in your ears.
ex> I can still hear the fire truck sirens ring in my ears.

Sensitive people find it difficult to concentrate.

One is the louder continuous buzz. The other is the shorter clipped sound.

Korean cicadas are dark brown and can camouflage into tree bark.

Some people can text super fast without even looking at their phones.

One annoying thing about text messages is that you get spam texts.

I just delete them immediately and block the number.

E-learning makes use of computer-based or web-based contents.

It's not limited to a classroom setting or schedule.

Students can fit in school according to their lifestyles.

It also allows people of all ages to learn comfortably without feeling out of place.

Entire courses are set up online.

There are also courses that are a mixture of online and offline classes.

E-learning is a great way to realize lifelong education.

10/3 Monday Blues.

Why are you just staring at your computer?

I can't focus. It must be the Monday Blues.

Tell me about it. I wish I could've had some more time off.

I think I'm going to be inefficient all day. I'm feeling really lazy.

It's worse because we just came back from an extended weekend.

It's going to be a long day!

It can be hard to get back into the swing of things after a weekend.

The "Monday Blues" make us inefficient and lazy.

Another even worse situation is when we come back from a long extended holiday.
