PE 6/2 Choosing a Cruise

* chomping/champing at the bit: very eager
ex> I told Ellen about you, and she’s chomping at the bit to meet you.

* Tell me about it.: I am already very familiar with the situation, and I strongly agree.
ex> Tell me about it. I lost over two dollars in that same vending machine yesterday.

* ding: to cause a small amount of damage; charge an unexpected fee
ex> The library dinged me two dollars for those books I returned for you.

* up front: in advance; initially; frankly
ex> We paid a lot up front to stay at that resort.
ex> Max was very up front about his plans for the gallery.

* worth every penny: appropriately priced
ex> It would be worth every penny to take our kids to Europe.

* narrow the field: to limit or reduce the number of choices
ex> Tammy is narrowing the field by only dating guys who play tennis.

@ I’m none too thrilled about having to book the flights.
I’m not happy about~/I’m not excited about~/I’m not enthusiastic about~.
