1. blistering pace: 맹렬한 속도
ex> The skiers raced down the mountain at a blistering pace.

2. on a regular basis: 주기적으로
ex> She goes to the cafe on a regular basis.

3. it seems like: ~처럼 보인다
ex> It seems like she is having problems at home.

4. escalate: 고조되다, 확대시키다
ex> We don't want this to escalate.

5. at stake: ~이 걸려 있는, 위태로운
ex> There's a lot at stake here.

6. where it's due: 자격이 있는 곳,
ex> I only give credit where it's due.

* patent [|peɪtnt ; 美 또한 |pӕtnt]: 특허권
* pop up: 나타나다
* intellectual property: 지적 재산권
* suit, lawsuit: 소송
* litigate: 소송하다, 법정에서 다투다, to take legal action. ex> The freedom to litigate is part of US regulation.
* to the death: 끝까지, 죽을 때까지
* rightful owner: 합법적인 주인
* brand identity: 브랜드 정체성
* on the line: 위태로운, ~이 걸려있는, ex> If we don't make a profit, my job is on the line.
* trace: 추적하다, 밝혀 내다
* be acknowledged: 인정을 받다.
