The Secret is Out!
* hit the jackpot: to win the largest prize in a game or contest; be suddenly or unexpectedly very successful
ex> Ruby has hit the jackpot with her latest business idea.


* stroke of luck/good fortune: something good that happens by chance
ex> By a stroke of luck, the sudden rain put out the forest fire.
ex> They hadn’t expected to find a buyer so soon: it was stroke of good fortune.


* look a gift horse in the mouth: to criticize something that has been given to you
ex> I don’t want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but these flowers smell bad.


* bomb zone: a messy, disorganized place
ex> Don’t invite them in: our house looks like a bomb zone.
ex> You won’t be able to find anything on his desk: it’s  bomb zone.


* get it over with: to do something unpleasant or difficult to eliminate the obligation
ex> I don’t want to clean the floors either, but let’s get it over with.


* take a dip: to spend time in a pool, lake, ocean, or other swimming area
ex> I think I’ll take a dip in the lake before lunch.
