6/9 Talk about the various bills you pay.

I get a monthly invoice from the management office.
* monthly invoice: 월별 청구서/사용 내역서
ex> I send a monthly invoice to my clients every month.

I am billed for electricity, water, cleaning, and maintenance.
* be billed for: ~에 대한 요금 청구를 받다
ex> I was billed for something that I hadn't used.

The monthly bill also includes things like basic TV reception, elevator usage, and food waste collection. I get a separate bill for gas. Plus, I have additional bills for cable TV, Internet, and the land-line phone. I also have to pay my cell phone bill.
* land-line phone: 유선 전화

I use a flat rate for my cell phone, which cover voice calls, texts, and data transmission.
* flat rate: 정액 요금제
ex> Most consumers use a flat rate for their cell phone.

I also have to pay monthly insurance fees and pension payments. I also have car payments I pay every month. I’m also paying off my mortgage.
* pay off: 상환하다
ex> I don’t have enough money to pay off my loan right now.
ex> It took me a while to pay off my loan.

I pay all of my bills via automatic transfer.
* automatic transfer: 자동 이체
ex> I prefer paying my bills via automatic transfers.
