2/5 Talk about various types of drinking places in Korea.

Bars are everywhere in Korea. Many bars are on busy streets with a lot of foot traffic.
* be everywhere: 어느 곳에나 있다
ex> Fast food restaurants are everywhere around the world.
* a lot of foot traffic: 많은 유동 인구
ex> I don’t like to go to places with a lot of foot traffic.
cf> The website is slow because there is too much Internet traffic.

Bars or pubs in back alleys are normally smaller in size.
* smaller in size: 규모가 보다 작은
ex> Mom-and-pop stores are usually smaller in size.

There are typical western bars that serve hard liquor. And then, there are pubs that mainly serve beer.
* hard liquor: 양주
ex> I know some good places that serve hard liquor.

I know the owner pretty well because I’m a regular there.
* regular: 단골손님, 단골의
ex> I have been a regular at this restaurant for 5 years.

@ Most of the customers are regulars대부분의 손님이 단골이야.

<HOMEWORK>
1.      Convenient stores are everywhere on busy street.
2.      There was a lot of foot traffic on the street.
3.      Pubs don’t serve hard liquor any more.

4.      My father is a regular customer at that hotel.
