* seize the/an opportunity: to take action to benefit from a temporary
situation

* crappy:
The word crappy is slightly vulgar, and should only be used in casual settings
amongst one’s peers. Some more polite words that mean the same thing include “worthless,”
“lousy,” “useless,” or “shoddy.”

stuck inside it.
