10/14 Monday Blues

It's the start of the workweek and you feel sluggish and unmotivated.
* sluggish: 느린, 에너지가 없는, 게으른
* unmotivated: 의욕이 없는
ex> If you work out, you'll feel less sluggish.

You have a case of the Monday Blues!
* a case of: ~의 경우, 문제
ex> It was a case of mistaken identity.
ex> a case of depression/pneumonia (우울증, 폐렴/폐렴환자)

Few people feel jazzed about having to work again after the weekend.
* jazzed: 신나는, 활기찬, 흥분된
ex> She's really jazzed about going on vacation.

If you unplug from work tasks, you will enjoy your time off.
* unplug: 장애물을 제거하다, 플러그를 뽑다
ex> You need to unplug from the situation.
ex> I'm going to unplug from this conversation.

Try to pump yourself up with music on Monday morning.
* pump up: 흥분시키다, 기분을 북돋다

Ignore co-workers who bring a black cloud into the office.
* black cloud: 암운, 어두운 분위기


@ It's just a quick fix.  그건 일시적인 해결책일 뿐이야.

1. He has a case of the flu.
2. You don't seem very jazzed about your date.
3. Take care of the dishes, please.
4. You need to unplug yourself from negative energy.
