10/2 Intermittent Fasting

Skipping breakfast may have beneficial impacts on your health and longevity!
* skip: 건너뛰다, 거르다
ex> He used to skip his classes all the time.

This practice is called intermittent fasting or simply IF.
* intermittent: 간헐적인, 간간이 일어나는
ex> You can expect intermittent shower activity today.

IF is the most buzzed-about diet trend on the Internet right now.
* buzzed-about [bʌ́zdəbàut]: 소문난
ex> This is the most buzzed-about novel on the Internet.

IF is basically a diet pattern that alternates between periods of fasting and eating.
* alternate: 번갈아 하다, 대체하다, 교차하다
ex> Good times alternate with hard times.

I'm currently experimenting with the 16:8 method.
* experiment: 실험하다, 시도하다
ex> You shouldn't be afraid to experiment.
