10/15 White Cane Day

Come to think of it, the month of October has a lot of commemoration days.

We recognize the rights of the blind or visually impaired people.

Only blind people can carry a white-colored cane.
ex> Do you have a pair of red-colored shoes?

According to the Korean traffic laws, a blind person should carry a white cane.
* You've just violated a major traffic law.
