10/4 Bibimbap

Talk about one of the most popular Korean dishes, bibimbap.



* signature: 대표적인, 특색이 있는
ex> That's our company's signature product.

* medley: 뒤섞임, 모아 놓은 것
ex> The art class was a medley of eager students, paint, and chalk.
ex> The DJ played a medley of hit songs at the club.

* liking:  취향, 좋아함
ex> Is the food here not to your liking?

* crowd favorite: 관중이 가장 좋아하는 것
ex> The handsome player is a crowd favorite with females.

* pop up: 생겨나다
ex> Coffee houses are popping up around every corner. 

top off: ~을 마무리짓다, 끝내다
ex> And to top it off, she ruined my pants in the dryer!
ex> We need some dessert with the meal to top it off.

* aficionado |fɪʃə|nɑ:doʊ: 광, 매니아

* generous: 넉넉한
* dash of: 약간의
* water: 침이 고이다, 군침이 돌다
* fragrant: 향긋한
