1. rein in: 고삐를 죄다, 통제하다

ex> You need to rein in your temper, or your anger will ruin your relationships.

ex> Your son is a spoiled brat. You better rein in before it's too late.

2. put one's foot down: 발을 꽉 디디고 서다, 단호하게 행동[말]하다

ex> My dad is pretty lenient, but when it comes to dating, he put his foot down.

3. mind one's p's and q's: 언행을 조심하다

ex> Mrs. Bower is a strict teacher, so mind your p's and q's in her class.

* gal: 여자

* overly-possessive: 소유욕이 지나치게 강한

* rock out: 마음껏 즐기다

ex> They rocked out the party.

* crash a party: 초대받지 않고 가다, 

ex> Nobody crashes a party like Communists with tanks.

* entourage [^|ɑ:nturɑ:Ʒ]: 주위 사람들, 수행원

* chew up: 씹다, 호되게 꾸짖다, make somebody less confident.

ex> The media just chews celebrities up and spits them out.

* spit out: ~을 내뱉다

* hubby: 남편
ex> Happiness to me is waking up with my great hubby.
