1. striking feature: 현저한 특징
ex> The most striking feature of your proposal is how low the cost is in comparison to the others.

2. hold up to: ~와 비교할 만하다, 힘이나 효력을 잃지 않고 계속해가다
ex> Do you think remakes of films ever hold up to the original?

3. hold one's own: 견줄 수 있다. 충분히 능력이 있다.
ex> My coach isn't sure our team can hold our own against teams from bigger schools.
