5/31 Talk about breastfeding.

Breastfeeding is a natural part of the nurturing relationship between a newborn and a mother.

Breast milk is the best option for babies when it comes to receiving their necessary nutrition.
ex> Were you fed breast milk or formula as a baby?
cf> formula (milk): baby's liquid food based on cow's milk or soya protein, given as a substitute for breast milk.

A baby can get the antibodies he or she needs from breast milk.

Research shows that babies have a stronger defense [immune] system against illnesses when fed breast milk.
ex> Eating healthy can help to build a stronger defense system.

Mothers who breastfeed tend to recover faster after childbirth.
ex> She took a few months off from work after childbirth.

Breastfeeding solidifies the maternal bond between the mother and the child.
* solidify: make stronger, 강화하다
ex> This difficult experience together really solidified my trust in you.


@ I've been bottling up my anger and I need to let it out.  요즘 화를 꾹 참고 있어.

1. Breast milk contains all the nutrition that babies need.
2. Doctors discovered a new antibody against this bacterium.
3. The mother is doing very well after childbirth.
4. A mother feels a strong maternal bond with her baby when she gives birth to her baby.
