PE 3/21 The Elderly


1. be crawling with: to be full of or completely covered with people, insects or animals in a unpleasant way.  ~로 가득하다
ex> The airport arrivals lobby are crawling with unlicensed cab drivers.

2. snowbird: 철새, 피한객
ex> I wonder what Floridians think of all the Canadian snowbird who retire there.
ex> When I was young I was bothered by snowbird moving south, but now I understand.

3. chock-a-block: be very full of people, things, or vehicles.  빽빽한
ex> This school is chock-a-block with moody teenagers.
ex> The small roads are chock-a-block with traffic.

* winter: (어디에서) 겨울을 나다  ex> Many British birds winter in Africa.
