I went to a market the other day to pick up some groceries.

ex> Would you pick up some eggs on the way home?

I overheard a man telling a woman not to buy a certain brand.
* overhear: 우연히 듣다, 엿듣다
ex> He overheard what the doctor said to his patient.

This consumer boycott was caused by an audio clip that went viral a few months ago.
* go viral: 입소문이 나다, 널리 퍼지다
ex> I don’t understand why this video has gone viral.

I went to a market the other day to pick up some groceries. While I was in the dairy section, Ioverheard a man telling a woman not to buy a certain brand. In fact, almost no one was buying that brand! This consumer boycott was caused by an audio clip that went viral a few months ago. The audio file was a recording of a major dairy company’s sales rep cursing at a distributor. The sales rep used his dominant position to force products onto the distributor. Originally, the words "gap" and "eul" refer to the parties involved in a contract. However, as incidents related to unfair practices between "gap" and "eul" have surfaced, there are efforts to eliminate these terms in contracts in various sectors.
