9/6 Driver's License

To get behind the wheel in Korea, you must have a Korean driver’s license.
* get[be] behind the wheel: 운전하다, 핸들을 잡다
ex> Don't get behind the wheel when you feel drowsy.

If you happen to be a permanent resident, you have to get a Korean license.
* permanent: 영구적인, 영원한
ex> What is your permanent address? 

The first two are pretty obvious.

You also need an alien registration card, passport and 10,000 won in cash.

Once you have all of this, go to your closest DMV.

How to get a driver’s license in Korea

To get behind the wheel in Korea, you must have a Korean driver’s licenses.

To get your license, you’re going to need a few things.
The first two are pretty obvious.
You need your license from your home country and a confirmation certificate from your embassy that proves the authenticity of your license.
You also need an alien registration card, passport, three headshots and 10,000 won in cash.
Once you have all of this, go to your closest DMV and get your license!

* headshot: 얼굴 사진
