Talk about Taekwondo
When I was in high school, one question that my friends always asked me was if I knew taekwondo. My answer was always this. “Yes! Of course! Every Korean man knows taekwondo. You shouldn’t mess with them.” To tell you the truth, I never learned taekwondo. I just wanted to impress my friends. However, everyone knew that taekwondo was a great martial art originated from Korea. Taekwondo is one of the most popular combat sports in the world. According to the Korean government, there are more than 70 million people from 190 countries who practice taekwondo. And guess what! Today is Taekwondo Day!
