Talk about maesil.
Yesterday, I had a bad bout of indigestion. But I didn’t reach for medication. I opted for some maesil tea instead! And you know what? It worked like a charm. Maesil , or Korean plums, are usually not eaten in their raw form. The plum’s high citric acid content makes them extremely sour and tart. Instead, they’re enjoyed in other forms. Maesil wine, pickles, tea, and extracts are widely available. Maesil is considered good for digestion and detoxification. They have an alkalinizing effect on your body. Maesil is good for those who suffer fatigue as well. I heard it also combats aging and even found it in some cosmetics!
