One common popular Korean stew is called doenjang
chigae. It tastes quite thick
and pungent.

The best part is that it’s pretty easy to make. You just boil some water with some anchovies in it and put in some doenjang as the soup-base. Zucchinis, potatoes, turnips and peppers are
most commonly used as ingredients.
Making doenjang chigae is a great way
to use up leftover vegetables.

If you want some extra protein, you can throw in some tofu chunks or meat as
well. Koreans love to have this dish with a
