Parents’ Day is May 8th. It’s a custom to give carnations to
parents on this day.

I already picked up some flowers for my mom and dad on my way home last
night.
I also wrote them a thank-you card. I have some
special plans lined up for today.

bit pricey, but I want to treat them well.

After dinner, we’re going to a musical
together. I paid for the tickets for them.

I really want to make this day special for my mom and dad.
