It seems that bananas can help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions.

Employee-free Coffee Shop Runs on the Honor System  
This story takes the concept of self-serve to a whole new level.
A new coffee shop in the U.S. is allowing its customers not only to serve themselves, but also to do everything else, such as paying the bill. 
Patrons prepare their own coffee, grab something to eat, and leave their money on the counter. There is even a credit card machine.
The store has yet to break even, but it's not because people are abusing the system. The owners say that most people in the store are honest.
